Every summer in Narragansett, swing, ballroom, latin, cajun, zydeco dance folk and free style dancers spend their Thursday nights at the historic Towers - the place to go
for southern Rhode Island's most exciting music and dance. No, you don't have to dance, many people just sit and enjoy the music inside or out. And it's non-smoking! Located at Narragansett Beach, the Towers is adjacent to the Coast Guard House where you can indulge in a pre-dance dinner either outside on the patio or in their more formal indoor restaurant. The restaurant is open til 9pm, and, in the summer, the bar til 1pm. If they don't float your boat, there are lots of nearby cafes, restaurants, and ice-cream places. RiDance's personal favorite - Crazy Burger, open til 9pm, is only a few minutes walk away at 144 Boon Street. |
