DANCE IN SCHOOL
Chance To Dance is a state-wide dance program for school children which over the years has taught dance and dance routines (jazz, hip-hop and theatrical) to thousands of students in many Rhode Island school systems including Providence, East Providence, Bristol, Warren, Jamestown, Pawtucket, Peacedale, Barrington, and North Kingstown. Some of the skills acquired through the learning of choreographed dance include rhythm, timing, phrasing, and kinesthetic memorization.
PERFORMANCE, DEMONSTRATIONS & LECTURES
Chance To Dance offers performance options to the community and organizations with SLEEQuE FEET KIDS, a group of 35 to 60 high spirited high stepping, 4th to 8th grade school kids, who execute exciting choreography tailored to their abilities or a lecture demonstration using audience children with or without SLEEQuE FEET KIDS as demonstrators. We can target educators, children alone, children and their parents or school teachers.

JOBS FOR DANCE TEACHERS
The state-wide Chance To Dance, a nationally-recognized, in-school dance initiative program, is often looking for people who like to work with many children at once, have much enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and the ability to adopt a new methodology.
Interested candidates would be involved in a training session in late spring and summer leading to employment in the fall. The number of classes each teacher has is dependent on the number of schools participating in Chance To Dance.
